The college was using spreadsheets and email to track student progress, attendance, and safeguarding notes — an unsustainable approach as student numbers grew. Designed and built a custom web-based student management system with role-based access (admin, tutor, student), attendance tracking with automated alerts, safeguarding incident logging, and easy reporting. Reduced administrative overhead by roughly 60%.
